The Board of Trustees are entrusted as "Guardians of the CDC Vision". They develop and promote the vision for the college and ensure all legal obligations for the Trust itself are met, as set out in the Trust Deed. The Trustees provide guidance and direction to the Board of Management and approve strategic plans developed by the Board of Management and the Principal. The Board of Management

The Board of Management makes certain that the operations of the Catholic Discipleship College are carried out on an ongoing basis to the highest standards and integrity. The Board of Management formulates strategy in Fundraising, Promotion, Participant Recruitment, Finance, Staffing, IT, Property, Communications and Spirituality. They make sure the College achieves its objectives and goals and makes any changes required to ensure this. The Chair of the Board of Management is Mr Mark Stolten.

The Principal and Staff of the Catholic Discipleship College endeavour to run the college in the most efficient and Christ-centred manner. They are in contact with the participants on a daily basis and provide for their needs at both the spiritual and practical level. The Principal of the Catholic Discipleship College is Fr Neil Vaney sm.
